Transparent Swap Rates

Understand and manage your overnight holding costs with our competitive and transparent swap rates. Plan your long-term algorithmic strategies with confidence.

What are Swap Rates?

A swap or 'rollover' fee is the interest charged or earned for holding a position overnight. It's calculated based on the interest rate differential between the two currencies in a pair. Drovix passes these rates directly from our liquidity providers, ensuring transparency.

When are Swaps Charged?

Swaps are applied to any position held open at the end of the trading day (22:00 GMT). On Wednesdays, a 'triple swap' is applied to account for the settlement of trades over the weekend, as most instruments do not have swaps charged on Saturdays and Sundays.

Zero Swaps on Key Instruments

Certain instruments, such as our Futures CFDs (e.g., VOLX, DXY) and all Commodities, are swap-free. This is a significant advantage for long-term algorithmic strategies, as it eliminates overnight holding costs entirely for these products.

Swap-Free Accounts

Drovix offers Islamic (Swap-Free) accounts that comply with Sharia law. These accounts do not incur swap fees but are subject to a daily administration charge if positions are held for more than one night. Contact our support team to convert your account.
